5-0 out of 5 stars THE MOVIE THAT INTRODUCED ME TO NICOLE EGGERT!!!!!!!!!!
I didn't know who she was. I never watched Charles in Charge or even Baywatch! I saw this movie on either HBO or Cinemax while in college, and just fell in love with it (AND her).
Nothing in this world like watching a young couple like Haim and Eggert get down and dirty throughout the movie. It made me kind of sad because at the time I had wished I could meet a girl like that, but I have had the kind of sex Haim and "the Egg" had here with other girls in my recent past. :-)
Without giving the movie away though, even I have to admit I felt that Nicole's character, Megan, got what she deserved at the end of the movie.
I personally was "blown away" by the discovery that there actually was an UNRATED version of this movie! I thought "how much MORE could they show?!" The 2 minutes in the unrated version prove to show a LOT more then the R version.
Ladies and gentlemen, all I have to say is; if you like Nicole Eggert, you'll LOVE this movie! No lover of "the Egg" should be without this movie! Now they need to put it out on DVD, and, unlike other low-budget movies recently hitting deev, do it RIGHT (movie trailers, maybe a few deleted scenes, etc.)

5-0 out of 5 stars Blown Away is Amazing
This movie is incredible. Nicole Eggert is so incrediblygorgeous. The story line is great, and the best part of the movie, especially for us guys, is the many times that Nicole is seen completely in the nude. Its a great movie, But not a movie for children.

5-0 out of 5 stars Best B Movie of All-Time
"Blown Away" is one of the funniest (not intentional) and sexiest (very intentional) B-movies ever made. In what other film can you find Cory Feldam pulling wicked 80's dance moves and 90 seconds later see Nicole Eggert (looking her absolute best) fully de-robing. Nicole engages in no less than five 'scenes' in this film. Whoah.

GOOD NEWS RE: 93 v. 91 MINUTE RUNTIME: This DVD ordered from Amazon is the full, uncut 93 minute version of the film. I have seen the VHS version which is missing ~2 minutes of Nicole. That was a huge disappointment. And while the DVD case itself says the running time is 91 minutes, don't let that fool you: this movie is in its original and perfect wholeness.

2-0 out of 5 stars One or two hot sex scenes; that's about it.
First note: This is not the same film as the Jeff Bridges/Tommy Lee Jones thriller about a mad IRA bomber. This movie came much earlier.

I remember when this movie first came out in the theatres. It looked ridiculous then and it certainly does now. Give credit to the two Coreys, Haim and Feldman, for going against their usual goody-two-shoes pairing and delving into such decidedly sleazy material as this. And give credit to Nicole Eggert, who has an undeniable allure and does Basic Instinct, Jr. here with remarkable lack of inhibition.

But do these elements make a good movie? Not really, considering Haim's watery presence as a leading man and the ridiculous characterizations and situations. Feldman fares better as a punk so sleazy that you just have to smile at his behaviour. The finale is especially wanting, a lacklustre bedroom confrontation that is strictly made-for-TV in its staging and dialogue. So all that's left is a surprisingly erotic first encounter between Eggert and Haim, some snippets of nudity, and a slightly disturbing feeling for the audience. Like the film Kids and Bully, this movie makes you into a voyeur into an explicit portrayal of teen sex lives, though unlike these two films, Blown Away is so cartoonish in execution and tone that it qualifies mostly as a conduit for the eye candy of Haim and Eggert.

1-0 out of 5 stars This movie Blows...
I see people giving five star rating for the sole reason of seeing either Nicole or one of the two Corey's nude. Be warned this movie is not good otherwise!! ... Read more

This Baywatch reunion movie, like the 11-year television series itself, is a guilty pleasure short on story credibility but long on action, hardbody appeal, and hot passions. The hyperdrive plot finds Mitch Buchannon (David Hasselhoff), presumed dead at the end of season 10, alive and well and in love with a woman named Allison (Alexandra Paul), who bears a spooky resemblance to Mitch's late lover, Stephanie. Wedding plans that include the old Baywatch lifeguard crew (Pamela Anderson, Yasmine Bleeth, Billy Warlock, etc.) are set for Hawaii, but in a Wrath of Khan-like twist, a villain (Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa) from the old show's second season turns up with an elaborate plan to kidnap and endanger Mitch's guests. The script is shameless, of course, but the outre element is fun to watch, including a subplot in which Mitch's former wife (Gena Lee Nolin)--suspicious of Allison's true motives--gets into a spectacular catfight with her ex's new lady. --Tom Keogh ... 4-0 out of 5 stars baywatch Hawaian Wedding
I thought it was a very well done movie when it was on TV. It was great to see all the old stars but the Stephanie look alike was a bit much for me though. Mitch should have know something was up from when he met this gal.

5-0 out of 5 stars The Greatest...
If you like Baywatch this is the movie for you. This movie brings together cast and characters from previous seasons. This movie stands alone as the greatest of the Baywatch movies. I strongly recommend for the serious fan or if you enjoy action movies.

5-0 out of 5 stars Baywatch Is So Cool
I HAVE SEEN THIS MOVIE AND I THINK IT IS ONE OF THE BEST BAYWATCH MOVIES EVER. IT HAS SOME OF THE BEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD AS STARS.

5-0 out of 5 stars This movie was freakin awsome they should make another one
The movie was really cool and it gave that fix of new Baywatch that i had been missing Baywatch was one of TV's most ground breaking shows and the movie was hot i would suggest this movie to anyone who liked the show or good looking people.

4-0 out of 5 stars Baywatch Hawaiian Wedding ...
I really liked this movie, because I'm a fan of Baywatch.
But there could have been a lot more added into the movie, like more Lifeguarding scenes, more action, more Baywatch characters from the different seasons, less predictability, etc.
My two favourite characters from Baywatch are Stacy Kamano & Michael Bergin, who played Kekoa & J.D. on Baywatch ... they make such a great couple on the show.
There could have been more romance between the different couples as well. The movie lacked in the romance department quite a bit ...

Overall, it was a good movie.
Recommended for Baywatch fans only. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Devil Winds Blows You Away
I just got my DVD of Devil Winds and it is awesome. Joe Lando(Dr. Quinn, Higher Ground) is still a hottie. The storyline is very plausible and the CGIs look like a real tornado was happeining. The chemistry between Pete (Joe) and Julia (Nicole Eggert) could have been explored more, but there is alot of action to make up for it. If you like "disaster" type movies, I think this one will become a favorite to watch. ... Read more

2-0 out of 5 stars For Fans Only
Unless you are a hard-core Roger Corman or Jim Wynorski fan, stay away from this movie, especially the DVD version. It is in 4:3 format, and obviously taken from the VHS tape master. Very, very poor video quality.

It's also just a dreadfully boring movie. At just over 80 minutes long, it feels like it's twice that long. You know a movie is bad when the commentary track is more interesting than the movie itself.

For those of you who read the previous reviews, and might be interested because you think you are going to see "all" of Nicole
Eggert - sorry to disappoint you, but she uses a body double in those scenes. Don't feel bad, though; hopefully I just saved you from wasting your time and/or money on this movie.

4-0 out of 5 stars A movie for Nicole Eggert's fan
The movie is a classical horror movie but it is entertaning. It is quite good if you are a fan of the gorgeous Nicole Eggert because she plays two roles, the mother Morella and the daughter Lenora (main character). A must-have for every Nicole Eggert's fan (I am)!

3-0 out of 5 stars Good Tongue in Cheek Horror Flick
I was pleasently suprised by this classically gothic little horror film. Like all films that Roger Corman has either produced or directed this one is a little overplayed; but there is an element of style throughout. The Corman standards are here: naked, big-busted, serving wenches, the damsel in distress, the young hero, and some genuinely disturbing horror scenes. The sets are atmospheric and the writers of the movie have expanded on Edger Allen Poe's tragic perspective that filtered through most of his poetic works like Annabel Lee and the Raven. Not to be taken too seriously but nicely done. Nicole Eggert is perfectly cast as Lenora as has never been more beautiful. David McCallum does a splended job as her "haunted" father. All in all a good effort on a small budget.

4-0 out of 5 stars A must see for Nicole Eggert fans
This film is an opportunity to see ALL of Nicole when she was just blosssoming into the "actress" she is today. Her performance on-screen is something not to be missed!

1-0 out of 5 stars The Worst Movie Ever Made
I rented this movie for 99 cents, and I think I was ripped off even at that price.

The acting was terrible, the plot predictable and boring. The only thing that I enjoyed was this nightgown that the lead character wore, and even then it was out of place, seeming more like it was there for the "skin" and to make the character more sexy than for plot development. Edgar Allan Poe was claimed as the person who wrote the story, and he is probably rolling over in his grave, this movie is so horrible! Everything is out of place and/or ridiculous. The lead character hops into bed as soon as she falls in love, which was NOT done at that time. Nudity was frequently done to "save" the movie, but if this movie were to do that every time this movie needed a boost the characters would be nude the entire way through.

Needless to say, this movie stank. If it's not worth paying 99 cents to rent it, it's not worth buying, unless you like to rag on bad movies, which it is perfect for. ... Read more

3-0 out of 5 stars Pronounced: Kin-ji-tae
While being a film of questionable subject matter, this is not a badly made film. Cinematography, editing, score and performances were a bit above average for Bronsons later flicks. I do find it strange that Bronson would take on such a distatseful premise for a plot. Not a whole lot of action in ths one, more of a 'cop investigates crime' plot than the 'blow away punks' that we're used to. This film is mostly for Bronson addicts and completeists. Before watching this one, just make sure that you've seen The Stone Killer, Hard Times, all the Death Wish, Breakout, From Noon till Three, Violent City, The Mechanic and Mr. Majestyk first. Remember, Bronson was never bad, just in bad films...

4-0 out of 5 stars Paaarrrrrty......Don't Let Your Momma Know!
This is an extremely ugly film. Extremely ugly. I'm surprised that Bronson himself wasn't a little leery about doing this. This film shows us an all too real, filthy business that goes on right under our noses, in many cities throughout the world: Child prostitution. My only gripe with this film is that the problem is there, but the film doesn't seem to have any message or solution, but merely uses child prostitution as new subject matter for a Bronson action flick. This makes the film seem much, much sleazier because the subject matter is treated so cheaply. I mean, I cannot believe the stuff that happens to the young Japanese girl in the film! But all in all I like to view this film in the mindset that I view all Bronson films, and that makes it much more enjoyable. I give this four stars alone for the scene where Bronson makes a pimp swallow his wristwatch, then casually sets fire to his car. I'm not sure if I've ever laughed harder. He does have some great lines too. There's a great scene where he storms in on a porno film being shot and just beats the snot out of everyone. Bronson's about 70 years old here! It's great! Do I recommend? Yes, just know what you're going to see in this. The only solution this movie has to this horrible problem is that you can kill a pimp with a giant claw hanging from a crane.

5-0 out of 5 stars Bronson is intense, believable, and pushin' 70
This is a very amazing movie that is made by J. Lee Thompson, and is stared in by Charles Bronson. There is a very complex man that is portrayed by Bronson in this film, and it is not as easy for the average viewer to understand why. You can see him change his mind as the movie goes on, kind of in a way like an old man who thought a certain way for a long time then started to think a different way. Steve McQueen is not in this movie. The only kick out is that it's all shown by unordinary cyphers and all that. The part where he makes the pimp swallow his watch is good. The part where he burns the pimps car after he makes him swallow the watch is also good.

This is not for everyone. This movie is very strong, and the viewer must also be strong to not get upset but that might still happen if you are not all the way prepared. However, Charles Bronson is good so this movie is good too.

3-0 out of 5 stars It's Dirty Bronson v Scum Prostitution Ring.
Charles Bronson plays a rage-aholic, Japanese hating cop that, ironically, has to search the LA under belly for a Japanese businessman's abducted daughter. Typical fist and gun fights follow. Some shallow attempts at character complexity fail to lift this J. Lee Thompson directed thriller above the average mark, but fans will find it entertaining enough.

1-0 out of 5 stars Trash
This movie has to be the low point of Charles Bronson's career. The subject matter in this film is sick and disturbing and the plot is dubious at best.

The characters in this film are either pathetic or dispicable and don't deserve the viewer's sympathy. Bronson's Lieutenant Crowe is an acerbic, manipulative cop who is just as contemptible as the rest of the cast and by the end of the movie, you wish someone would lock him up and throw away the key.

"Kinjite" is a film that some will find offensive as there are a lot of religious, racial and ethnic stereotypes in this film. In light of this, I'm surprised that the movie's producers didn't receive more wide-spread condemnation. I found this movie to be nothing more than vile trash and it really deserves a zero. I would advise anyone with a modicum of decency and sensibility to avoid it. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Classic Tv Show
At least Baywatch is in Dvd.

This Dvd contains 2 episodes one in each side of the Dvd of the 1991-92 season of the show.

The first one Nighmare Bay with Erika Eleniak(Shauni) follows an press investigation in the Santa Monica Bay about a Sea Monster which destroys boats on the ocean and a girl photographer is saved by Mitch Buchannon from a safe dead.

Shauni also saves a girl from drawning on the ocean after being pushed by her brother.

The second River Of No Return introduces Summer(Nicole Eggert) and his mom when moving to California and they met Jackie's ex-boyfriend which wants to return to her life and they are helped by Matt Brody(David Charvet) a fellow Malibu student who wants to be a lifeguard.

Mitch's uncle is killed when escaping from 2 hunters that wants his gold boot treasure that is hide somewhere in the river.

So Mitch goes there for an answer and to locate the treasure.

He goes with Hobie and Eddie and Shauni and then they find C.J. Parker(Pamela Anderson) a local kayak fanatic which joins them into the rapids of the river.

After locating the secret location of the treasure they are captived by the hunters, they escape, are pursued by them and finally they lost the gold located on the kayak which broke.

Finally there is a rookie swimming contest on the beach to qualify for Baywatch,CJ Summer and Matt and his friends qualifies winning the race.

The Dvd transfer is good, clear and full screen ratio with clear sound. However no subtitles nor captions are avaliable.

I'm waiting to see more episodes transfered in special the ones with Jasmine Bleeth.

I wanna more episodes!!!!.

4-0 out of 5 stars Vintage Baywatch
Great Stuff. Two feature length baywatch movies from the early 90s. Nightmare Bay is Billed as the Feature lengh episode that started the show. But that is incorrect, as the pilot episode is Panic at malibu pier. And Nightmare bay is an episode from the second season. watch out for a hilarious Hasselhoff sequence at the start of River of no Return in which he strips his clothes off on the beach to music in front of gilrs playing volley ball. If you like baywatch, You must Own This.

4-0 out of 5 stars Good
Good DVD TV Show. This DVD was good I liked it because David Charvet, Jeremy Jackson, Nicole Eggert, and Pamela Anderson were in it. David Charvet and Jeremy Jackson are so hot! David has great everything: hair, face, body, abs, voice. Jeremy is still young in this show but as he got older he became a hunk. He has great everything too: face, body, abs, voice. Nicole Eggert and Pam Anderson are hot too. Nicole and Pam are hot back in the day in this DVD. They are older now and are sure showing it they are not as appealing these days. I must say that Pam sure does have great big ones...Being a teen guy I know Baywatch having seen it over the past few years on the spike t.v. channel.

1-0 out of 5 stars A sure contender for the Academy Awards
There came a time in my life, not too long ago, when I realized I had zero acting talent and [pulling] in my gut every time I was topless just wasn't cutting it anymore. Now if only David Hasselhoff had done the same...

4-0 out of 5 stars 2 episodes of Baywatch, great DVD
Weard they didn't produce more DVDs of Baywatch. I'd like that. Specially a DVD with episodes that include Yasmine Bleeth. If you liked the series, then the DVD is for you. They took two episodes of Baywatch and made a DVD with them. I personnally loved this DVD since I am a Baywatch Fan. Erika Eleniak is in both episodes, Pamela and Nicole Eggert are in only one of them.
For Baywatchs fans, this DVD is a MUST. ... Read more

3-0 out of 5 stars Female Terminator
We have some sort of female Terminator here - who resurrected after death. The storyline is somewhat ok, but sometimes it makes a little awkward impression. If you just like to see a rather entertaining action movie, this one will do.

3-0 out of 5 stars dvd
the movie factoids just names the cast and crew, and a short bio and filmography of richard grieco. the making of is 4 min 51 sec long and contains clips from the howard stern show and entertainment tonight. unless you really love this movie i would suggest the vhs over the dvd.

5-0 out of 5 stars little unknown action gem
A low budget b movie, but is accually quite good. Basis is similair to a female RoboCop kinda concept, but The Demolitionist (Nicole Eggart) is not a robot, but a murdered vop, who's body is kept alive by a scientific enhanse plasma that has replaced her blood. Quite good. Action fans will like it.

1-0 out of 5 stars dumb, dumb, dumb
This is a tired old rehash of Robocop, with not enough action, and not enough plot. The dumbest thing is that the heroine, who has been reanimated against her will, chooses to die near the end, but is in the next scene inexplicably seen putting flowers on her grave. Anything for a happy ending.

3-0 out of 5 stars Kurtzman a good make up artist, but not so good director.
Robert Kurtzman, Horror make up extrodinare, (From Dusk Till Dawn)did this movie on the cheap. REAL CHEAP. And if it were not for the bad screenplay and some lousy performances, we could have had gem (action movie wise. But as it turns out, it is just another B Grade action exploitation flick with bad lines and lousy acting to boot (CROW 2 anyone?)

An interesting take on the formulaetic story following the Batman \ ROBOCop Comic book style that doesn't break new ground, but is has some interesting in jokes (Inmates reading "FANGORA" magazine, Jack Nance as a priest, etc.)

If Nicole Eggert had a good script with good lines, this would have been an almost original character. How it happens, however, She is just another mundane superhero with big guns and a cool bike. Great costume and sets though.

If George Clooney played the bad guy and Quentin Tarantino gave the script a once over, it may have been a better flick. But I am a mere movie geek, so I am dreaming here.

To sum up, this movie deserves kudos for being made on the budget it was given, but the script and actors (Nicole Eggert and Jack Nance not included) drag the movie through the mud. ... Read more
