Description

How the West was almost lost. Travis (Terence Hill) is the fastest gun in the West. His brother Moses (Bud Spencer), big as a bear and twice as mean, is the frontier's toughest bounty hunter. After their dear old maw decides to reunite her sons for Christmas, it's Travis' job to lure Moses home. Throw in an evil villain, a rabid dog, a beautiful veterinarian and a Kodiak bear, the result is a round 'em up, knock 'em down Western comedy in the tradition of "Blazing Saddles." ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars DoubleTrouble
I have been a big fan of Terence hill and Bud Spencer since i was in my teens.Being half Italian and English i have seen all of there films over 100 times and never once did i not stop laughing. They bring something on screen together, classic humour and a good buddy buddy movie. Trouble Makers is a third instalment from THEY CALL ME TRINITY saga, they have aged in time and shows it to.Maybe it was better for them not to have made this movie. Terence plays (Travis) the fastest gun in the west, who like always is trying to go after his brother big Bud.Bud who plays (Moses) has now become a family man and doesn't wish to see or know Travis any more. And has one thing on his mind to capture a outlaw by the name of Sam Stone who has a reward of $5,000 on his head. Travis has been ordered by his mother to bring Moses and his children to spend one last Christmas together. It's not that easy when Moses doesn't wish to hear a word from Travis,so sneaky Travis uses his old tricks in the book to persuade Moses in working together so they can capture Sam Stone. This film brings back memories from the duo a lot of shooting and eating beans with a good punch up. If you are a big fan of Terence and Bud then look no further add this to your inventory. The picture quality is very poor in some areas and the sound not to bad,i think the studio must have rushed it. As for the actors i only hope they could have still done more, but age is against them.Nowadays we are missing the good comedy western.

4-0 out of 5 stars The Boys Are Back!
As entertaining as the Trinity films, Moses(bud) and Travis(Terence) are brothers with Ruth Buzzi as their mom. Moses is a grumpy bounty hunter with 8 or 10 or is it 12 kids he's not too sure and Travis is the fastest gun in the west. Travis is trying to trick his bro into going to moms' for xmas which leads to all kinds of fun. It is great to see the boys back. A great film for the whole family. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Lucky Luke
My grandson adores this movie. He makes me replay the scene where the horse Jolly Jumper kicks the bad guy in the pants over and over and laughs so hard. My husband and I both also really like it. It has a nice prospective of being told by the horse. It's really funny and a western.

5-0 out of 5 stars Faster Than His Own Shadow
Terence Hill, as Lucky Luke, is at it again in the movie where he is the fastest gun in the west - maybe everywhere. He draws faster than his own shadow - now that's fast. He is the sheriff of Daisy Town and with his talking horse (Jolly Jumper) he runs a tight ship. The Dalton Brothers show up, stir up the Indians and the townsfolk's and then Luke has his hands full.

The movie is full of puns and I think Jolly Jumper has some of the best one-liners. Roger Miller sings the title song and is the voice of Jolly Jumper. Jolly Jumper talks more than Lucky Luke does.

I would recommend this movie to anyone that enjoys Western Comedies or Western Spoofs. The quality of the DVD is excellent, the music is good and acting is decent.

2-0 out of 5 stars Ughhh! What a disappointment!
Our first experience with Lucky Luke was the animated movie. What a great flick! Much to our dismay, this movie doesn't hold up. There are some mildly funny parts and some well-trained horses. Beyond that, the story is wanting and the acting is sub-par. Not worth the purchase.

5-0 out of 5 stars If you love to laugh and enjoy horses, don't miss this movie
I have purchased six of these tapes after the first one, I enjoyed it so much I had to share the fun. N S B Texas btob@gte.net

2-0 out of 5 stars Well meaning film is dull compared to Hill's others
The film has some good elements, but not enough humor and not enough of Hill's well-liked character. Instead, there is too much with side characters of lesser interest. Even though I like "Lotta Legs", the film really fails to deliver for fans who were hoping for another entry in Terence Hill's famous western spoof genre. The film is of clear interest, however, to youngsters who like horses. ... Read more
