5-0 out of 5 stars Teenage mutant ninja turtles 2 the secret of the ooze!
LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!This was awesomely entertaining, and cartoonishly funny.Speaking of that,I like the change they made from dark and serious to bright and toonish (as I just said).what I think is that the director perpously wanted to have each turtle film to be different. As in,the first to be dark and moody, the second to be for younger kids and the third film to be more in between.See what Im talking about, that gives you a choice on what kind of movie style you like.....you know what,I barely know what the hell im saying..So,anyway!The entire film is way funny and well done,I just love those creature things Rahzar and Tokka. There are non stop laughs and parts that are little over done, wich is okay.I always laugh my head off when donatello gets thrown 50 feet in the air.Well the dvd has plenty of fun stuff like Pick that flick game and a theatrical trailer.OK,I give the movie 5 stars and 3 and a half for the dvd.I like the second one the most and the third and first are tied for second...hmm sounds fare enough.

5-0 out of 5 stars GO NINJA GO!!!
Okay, cheesy title, I personally hate Vanilla Ice, but I loved this movie. There was more humor in it, and the turtles were fun. The first one was absolutely thrilling, and this one matched it quite nicely. I personally like the looks of the turtles better in #2. I also like Donny's voice better. I love Corey Feldman, but whoever did Donny in #2 was really good. Raph was the best looking turtle, and his accent was so perfect!!!! GO RAPH!!! The mouth movements of the turtles in this one were much better, and I loved the humor. I didn't really care for Keno, but yah. He was cool too I guess. Some people don't like the fact that this one is more cartoonish in appearance, sound and storyline, but it started out as a cartoon, why not make it a bit more cartoony? Okay, I could live if there was less humor, but YA GOTTA LOVE MIKEY!!!! Yeah, so out of the trilogy, the second one was my favorite. (I LOVE DONNY!!!)

5-0 out of 5 stars Just GREAT!
THIS MOVIE IS SO GREAT AND IS FILLED WITH ACTION, HUMOR, AND A GREAT SCRIPT! LOVE IT!

5-0 out of 5 stars YES!
Teenage mutant ninja turtles 2 is a great movie and is much better than the first one because it has more of everything a movie needs to have in order to be a good movie. It isn't one second boring and I still love after I watched it 11 times already. A GREAT MOVIE!

5-0 out of 5 stars It has Vanilla Ice in it!
This movie is worth the price and its 5 star rating just for Vanilla Ice. He sings a rad song called 'Ninja Rap' and its one of the greatest audible compilations to ever enter my ear lobes.
But it. Now! ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Worthwhile
This unusal drama takes the viewer to a place where the dead visit their past life. In this movie Michelle Pfeiffer convincingly plays a ghost that visits her husband on moonlit nights at their beach house where she accidentally was killed. Her husband, played by Peter Gallager, is clearly still hung up over his wife as displayed when he celebrates their anniversary even though Michelle is dead. Claire Danes plays her emotionally confused daughter that also has issues with her parent's apparent continual relationship beyond the grave. Overall it was a visually stimualting and heart warming movie, that's worthwhile to watch even if the pace is a bit slow at times.

3-0 out of 5 stars Great Subject - Medeocre Exicution
If you don't analyze this movie, it's great. But if you do, you realize that it's not more than a series of emotional triggers. It is one of my favorite movies because I can relate to some of the subject matter, but if you do analyze it, you can quickly see that the reason the story doesn't flow very well is because they were trying to hard to strike such a wide variety of emotional chords, the story-telling suffered and became shallow.

If you want to see a good emotional drama that will have some appeal to just about everyone, this is the movie for you. If you are going to analize it, you'll be dissapointed.

It's a great story and has a great cast, but something is missing. That said, if you just want some emotional heroin, watch this movie.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great acting and deep emotions make this a must see!
This film is very moving. It will remind any viewer not to take their loved ones for granted. The film gets you thinking about how to prepare and makes you ask yourself, how will I react when I lose the love of my life. Enjoy!

1-0 out of 5 stars Disappointing
First of all, for the caliber of actors in this movie, they deserved a better script. Michelle Pfeifer and Peter Gallagher are class acts, but really this movie just did not dig deep enough. I have read all the rave reviews of Claire Danes, as I have read all the raves in the past and I am beside myself. I mean she has mastered the part of the proverbial angst-ridden pouting teenager to a tee. If this is her niche, so be it. The premise of the story is pretty decent -- a man loses his wife in a tragic freak accident and has a hard time moving on. Completely understandable. Then his annoying sister in law and her equally annoying husband arrive and proceed to berate the poor guy for mooning over a wife that is dead. Oh my god, stop the presses. These people had the sensitivity of androids. It would have been nice to see him kick these people out of the house, but then the film would'nt drone on and on, This is a good film for a rainy day. But I expected more.

5-0 out of 5 stars I Relate Deeply To This Movie
Having lost my wife under similiar circumstances, I experienced exactly What Peter Gallagher's acting expressed in this Film. His moving potrail of deep grief was so much like what I was experiencing it was chilling. The film did make me realize, that its time to move on. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars One of the Great Guilty Pleasures
Ever since my dogs ate my VHS copy, i have been looking for The Great Texas Dynamige Chase to be reissued on DVD. I was not disappointed. The picture is clear. GTDC is just a great cheesey movie. Yet it is totally enjoyable. Great action an nudity for a low budget Roger Corman flick. Suspend disbelief and enjoy.

5-0 out of 5 stars Claudia Jennings Lives!
If anyone out there besides me watched "Thelma and Louise" and wondered why they had to drive off that stupid cliff at the end, and how exactly that denoted a "happy" and "satisfying" ending, you're gonna love this movie. Funny enough, "the Great Texas Dynamite Chase" got it just right about 15 or so years earlier.

Yes, yes - the title is quite ridiculous, but do not (I repeat, DO NOT) let this scare you away. Women robbing banks with nothing but dynamite? Genius. It's filled with the kind of... female empowerment that was strangely only tolerated in the context of a cheapie exploitation film. It's loaded with what I've dubbed "Charlie's Angels" feminism -- that is to say, the women may appear to be tantalizing packages, but try to unwrap them on anything less than their terms and KA-POW! Duck and cover baby! Besides, in this day of sexual taboos, it's pleasantly refreshing to see a movie that treats sex as fun and inconsequential. (Ahhh, those were the days, eh?) Plus, it stars underrated drive-in superstar Claudia Jennings, who gives a typically fever-pitched, ballsy performance despite suffering a back injury midway through filming.

It's high time this film was re-released after long being unavailable. Hey, Corman - how about following suit with "Unholy Rollers"?

5-0 out of 5 stars Claudia Jennings should be remembered.
Claudia was so hot and had real star power. Most might remember her as the agent who wanted to sign Greg Brady as "johnny bravo". She was up for the role of Kate Jacksons replacement on Charlies Angels (the real one, not that lame movie). With this film you see how she might have become a real star but sadly she was killed before her time. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Excellent teaching tool
I first saw this movie when I was about six or seven years old. It gave me my first glimpse of the Civil Rights Movement.

5-0 out of 5 stars And The Children Shall Lead
This is a great inspirational movie!

3-0 out of 5 stars Typical PBS stuff but soft intro to racism
If I wanted to introduce a young child to racism, I wouldn't start off with "Rosewood" "Amistad" or "Beloved" (although my toddler has been with me to two of them). This is a tame afterschool-special-like treatment of racism in the South. Good for showing at school or to young children. ... Read more
