A female erotic film director and her star head east to New York City to hunt for the perfect new stud for their next movie. Things spin hilariously out of control, but in the end, the director has her revenge in the most enviable of ways! This is a satirical look at the adult entertainment business and in a fun way spoofs everything from backstage shenanigans to the egos, fans, paparazzi and even Candida Royalle herself.

5-0 out of 5 stars Haven't seen it
These were released when I was in high school. My favorite is Twelfth Night which does not appear to be here - I only hope the list is wrong. However, A Midsummer Night's Dream with Helen Mirren as Titania is fantastic and it is well worth purchasing this collection to see her in that role. All of these plays were quality productions and I have waited over 20 years to be able to see them again.

5-0 out of 5 stars John Cleese is Petruchio
I have seen three BBC productions of Shakespeare and they are quality films. John Cleese in Shrew is memorable; talk about a role made for an actor.

5-0 out of 5 stars Taming of the Shrew version is the best!
I have not seen all the videos, but I have seen Taming of the Shrew in all versions and John Cleese's version in this collection is the best. He is hysterically funny. I wish they sold the plays separately.

4-0 out of 5 stars The Best of Victor Borge
Very good, but I would not say it is the Best of Victor Borge". I recall funnier moments. Also, the captured episodes are a little on the redundant side. But all in all it is very good.

Also, this DVD is 100% identical to "Victor Borge Act One and Two". Very disappointing if you are anticipating a new set of episodes - which one would when ordering a DVD by a new name.

5-0 out of 5 stars Hysterical & *SO* VERY TRUE!
Take it from me, a Art Director who has worked for various NYC ad agencies. This is a *ABSOLUTE MUST SEE* for anyone in Advertising, or for anyone who's interested in seeing how the REAL Advertising world works from the inside.

I wish it was a little longer, but that's because it's also so good that you don't want it to end! The DVD is also a bit pricey, so try and get one used and save a few bucks. Unfortunately, I haven't seen this DVD anywhere (not even eBay) so it's hard to find it cheap... if at all except here on Amazon.

I'm selling my copy here, so if anyone's interested click on the BUY USED button and snag mine. I'm currently the only one selling a copy.

2-0 out of 5 stars Very funny but not worth $29 bucks
5 stars for creative, 2 stars for value for your money.

I was really expecting more. I've seen the snips from the DVD on the internet, and thought they were super funny. The DVD doesn't offer that much more to make it worth $29. It is about 20 minutes runtime - waste of money!!!!!

I do think the Truth in Advertising short is incredibly creative and hysterical, but I would suggest watching the free mpg snips a few times and save your money.

5-0 out of 5 stars Advertising Therapy
Having been in advertising since 1996, this DVD is absolutely hillarious and undeniably true. Its brilliance is in its frankness and willingness to be more truthful than reality. You'll see what I mean when you watch it.

For those who've seen maybe one or two scenes from email, this DVD is worth every penny since it offers the complete, hilarious work, in addition a film called the REEL TRUTH, which applies the same concept to the field of directing.

For those watching this video and considering going into advertising, one thing to remember is that the truths presented apply to most professions to some degree. So don't let it discourage you.

All in all, this film is brilliant and confronts all the frustrations the world of advertising has to offer. One thing to remember is that while all these frustrations are undeniably true so too is the power of the feeling of accomplishment when you see your work in print or on TV or hear it on the radio.

Yes, advertising is frustrating and this film presents those frustrations brilliantly, but don't forget the joys and if you need a refresher read Hey Whipple Squeeze This by Luke Sullivan.

3-0 out of 5 stars Kitsch
This DVD is less useful as straightforward porn/erotica than it is as just a silly, goofy conversation piece. I find it less arousing than it is laugh out loud funny. The plot of the DVD revolves around a young gay couple watching a fictitious saturday morning cartoon show called "The House of Morecock", which is is kind of a gay porn version of "The X Files". In it, promiscuous Jonas Morecock investigates paranormal phenonema, and yet always ends up getting laid along the way. Some of the funniest moments include a "The Little Mermaid" parody (featuring a drag-queen fish named Floatilla), a near-death experience that ends up turning into a sexual threesome. and an alien abduction which results in Jonas' encounter with an out-of-this-world sex toy. This DVD is good to have just to crack your friends up with, or maybe help break the ice on a date.

1-0 out of 5 stars The worst DVD I have ever had the misfortune to buy.
Don't waste your money. This is the most pathetic, up-hyped, piece of rubbish I have ever wasted my money on. Pathetic story lines by a director who wishes to promote his artistry.

Joe - stick to your magnificent drawings - God forbid there might be a 'House of Morecock - The Twin Cocks' followed by 'House of Morecock - return of the Queen'.

I certainly got ripped off here - you wanna offer me a refund???????????????? Seriously.

1-0 out of 5 stars It is not worth it!Just spend your money with something else
When I first saw The House Of Morecock preview at thehouseofmorecock.com website, I was very excited about it, it seemed to be a very exciting animation, but now, I totally regret that I own it. The quality of this animation is really poor and cheap! The sound is even worse!
Although the storyline is acceptable, because all of us have our fantasies, it is not worth it to spend $30.00 with this DVD.
I got really disappointed because I was expecting something really cool, a better animation like you can see at Joe Phillips website, his official website has animation quality, but the DVD, please!! Really bad!!

4-0 out of 5 stars Weird stuff
No plot, no big deal. What do you expect from what is nothing more than an animated adult film? Though the premise of going out looking for supernatural creatures provides for a decent, though not too original, fantasy.

Jonas Morecock is a hot young man. He daydreams a lot, and he keeps us guessing whether or not he is telling the truth when telling us about his adventures. Did he really see Big Foot--what about the Loch Ness Monster? Was he really abducted by a spaceship?

'The House of Morecock' is at its best when viewers recognize the rip-off sequences. 'X-FILES' and 'The Little Mermaid' are the most noticeable. But this film is not for children or any teenager under the age of eighteen.

The final sequence has the best artwork, but it is also a bit disturbing--and offensive. Oh God...but totally hot. Man, can there ever be a time that I do not have conflicting opinions?

For more information about Jonas, and his life, you must view the Special Feature.

5-0 out of 5 stars The funniest
I agree yeah the animation is not the best but come one people please it is a one of a kind and the first of its kind so let it go. It is funny and raunchy and it made me hard a couple of times. 4-0 out of 5 stars A Good Selection from the Golden Age
If you're a connoisseur of the golden age of television comedy, you'll find this DVD collection to be an overall satisfying experience. In not including the Honeymooners or I Love Lucy, one could call it the best of the rest. The Jack Benny Program showcases the talent and personality of Liberace while Jack hams it up with the violin. The Burns and Allen Show highlights the underrated comedic genius of Grace Allen as she verbally spars with the tax man. The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet won't give you any belly aches as Ozzie goes on a diet, but it best reflect the naiveté and idealized 1950s notion of the perfect American family. The Red Skelton Show proves that comedy is high art as Red plays a diploma mill trained dentist. Eight other shows round out the collection. Some interesting things to watch for include a no laugh track sitcom (Beulah), a young Betty White (Life with Elizabeth), and almost all of the shows include some interesting sponsor advertising, mainly from Cigarette companies. If you don't know already know, Television of the 1950s was saturated with Cigarette ads from competing brands and the insidiousness of cigarette pitchmen knew no bounds. Watch as the man's man John Wayne relaxes on set with a cigarette after performing physically demanding fight scenes - if only he knew. ... Read more

A blonde Sophia Loren, an unknown Marcello Mastroianni and a comic turn by BICYLCE THIEF director Vittorio de Sica are the active ingredients in the Italian treat, TOO BAD SHE’S BAD.

"SHE" of course is the Italian "anatomic bomb" Loren, stealing hearts asa lusciously larcenous petty thief.Mastroianni is the naïve young cabbie who tries to set her straight, while de Sica, as Loren’s smooth con man papa makes sure his not so little girl stays on the crooked and narrow.

Already the "Number 1 Cover Girl of Europe," "New York Times" critic Bosley Crowtherwrote ofher attributes: "One striking point is the luxurious Sophia Loren, who is something to look at from any angle or any side . . . she displays such a full and shapely figure she makes it a pleasure to consider being robbed."

Artfully directed by Alessandro Blasetti, TOO BAD SHE’S BAD is a delightful romp , the first pairing of Lorena& masrotinana not too mention the historic first appearance together of these three legends of Italian cinema. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars A very funny film
I've been waiting for this Kitano film to be released in region 1 for a long time. Finally it has happaned. I must say this movie is a lot different from his other, more violence oriented films, but it's a comedy so it should be. The film holds up very well, even after watching it a few times. There are so many subtle jokes that only reveal themselves after repeated viewings. It is very important for me that any film that I purchase on dvd will remain watchable even after a few viewings, and Getting Any? certainly meets that standard.
DVD content: besides the film, which has a very prestine anamorphic transfer, there is an alternate ending, a very extensive director's bio, and the usual stuff [trailer, production notes, filmography, etc.].
If you like comedies, done in the same spirit as the funnier Peter Seller movies, like the Pink Panther series and the Party, you should definitely get this one, it won't disappoint. For Kitano fans this dvd is a must purchase, because it really shows his funny side. Highly recommended, and thank you 21st Century DreamQuest Films for releasing this funny film on dvd.

5-0 out of 5 stars Weird yet funny Kitano comedy
Kitano's approach to comedy is quite twisted, yet it works well for most parts of this movie. Although, certain scenes could've been shorter. However, there are so many little subtle jokes planted all over the film, and I'm not talking about jokes that only the Japanese audience would understand or appreciate.
It seems to me that Kitano was greatly influenced by the Monty Python series as this movie definitely resembles the structure of that show, but that's not a bad thing. So if you want to see Kitano's comic interpretation on Japanese pop culture and society don't miss this weird comedy.

5-0 out of 5 stars min'na yatteruka
Takeshi Kitano is my favorite Japanese director and actor so I was very pleased to hear that this film was going to be released. After watching it I definately was not disappointed. The story follows the mishaps of 35 year old Asao who only has one goal in life: to have intercourse in a car. He begins his adventure simply enough by buying a car. However, the car is a cheap, tiny blue thing that causes him more trouble than it actually helps him. He then turns to a convertable which proves to be a pure lemon. He goes on to attempt to rob banks, armor cars, beat up old men, act in movies, join the yakuza, and undergo scientific experiences to attain his goal. This is a fun film that has many laugh out loud scenes. The only problem I have with it is that it ran for a bit long. Fun stuff. One knowledgeable of Japanese cinema and popular culture will sure get a hoot out of it. But for the first Kitano film, I would reccommmend _Kikujiro_ instead

5-0 out of 5 stars Thank you DreamQuest Films
Most of the reviewers have already praised this rare Kitano comedy, so I don't really see a reason repeating them. I just want to say that this is a really funny movie, well worth the money I paid for it, and yes, it definitely stands well after repeated viewings. I bought my DVD through Amazon Marketplace, directly through the manufacturer. What a deal! Thank you DreamQuest Films for releasing this rare film on R1 DVD.
Kitano fans should really support these small studios that dare to release less known titles from our favourite director. Now what about releasing DOLLS on DVD? I hope that film will be available on Amazon soon.

5-0 out of 5 stars The funny side of Kitano
Though it cannot be listed amongst Kitano's best work, Getting Any is still a lot of fun to watch. It really shows the other side of Takeshi Kitano, and what he used to do when he was doing stand-up comedy. This film cannot [or shouldn't] really be compared to Kitano's other work, since it's theme is so radically different. Getting Any belongs to a different category, and it should be treated accordingly. As a comedy it stands alone among Kitano's other films, yet elements of his comic style can be found in all of those other films as well. Many people compare this movie to Monty Python films, and I think they are quite right; and just like the Monty Python films Getting Any requires multiple viewings to get all the subtle jokes. That also means that one can watch this movie several times and not get tired of its humor. The yakuza sequences are especially priceless [you can watch them over and over again]. This film will certainly entertain both the hardcore Kitano fans and the casual viewers as well. ... Read more

Description

Banned for over a decade for its outspoken criticism of the post-WWII communist regime in Hungary, Péter Bacsó’s 'The Witness' has since then achieved unparalleled cult status in its native land. Known as the best satire about communism, 'The Witness' has become a cult classic, which was also well received by critics and general audiences alike when it was finally released outside of Hungary. Its candid and realistic portrayal of the incompetent communist regime has earned great acclaim for both the director and the film itself when it was shown at Cannes Film Festival in 1981.

'The Witness' takes place during the height of the Rákosi Era, which was closely modeled after the ruthless and brutal Stalin regime. The film follows the life of an ordinary dike keeper, József Pelikán, who has been caught for illegally slaughtering his pig, Dezsõ. Instead of doing hard time for his "heinous" crime, Pelikán is elevated into an important position, generally reserved for the communist elite. Of course, Pelikán is utterly clueless about his newfound luck, not to mention his new job. Even his new benefactor, the mysterious Comrade Virág, is reluctant to reveal the real reason behind Pelikán’s preferential treatment. Thus, begins Pelikán’s hilarious adventure deep within the "sophisticated" communist society. One failure after another the incompetent Pelikán is elevated higher and higher on the communist echelon, all the while remaining completely clueless about his promotions. Until one day, when he gets called for to return the "favour" by falsely testifying against his long-time friend in a mock-up show trial. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Classic
This movie is fantastic. Helps to know a little bit about the political situation depicted, but great acting. I don't know about this dvd edition as I picked up A Tanu in Hungary. Great movie.

And even better news from the company Dreamquest:

"Also in 2004 they plan to release Márton Keleti's The Corporal and the Others (1965)" This is definitely my altime favorite Hungarian film. Very funny stuff.

5-0 out of 5 stars "Well, comrade Pelikan, life is not all beer and skittles.."
As being a Hungarian myself, I might have a soft spot for this film, but I find it extremely funny anyway. However, I feel I should add some background to those who never lived in a totalitarian personality cult. An era where the best was to keep your mouth shut even among your best friends, for you could not be sure who will report on you. In an era where a big black car might have stopped at your house in the middle of the night to take you and never let you go again. In an era where when deciding about executives, it was your loyalty that mattered not your skill or know-how. Where everyone stated the lemon to be an orange, if it was the dictum of the leaders. Where not clapping hard enough when "our leader" Rakosi addressed the crowd was enough for imprisonment.
All the events described in this film might seem absurd - but I have to say they easily could have and did happen during the '50s in the East of Europe.Although the regime softened a bit, in 1969 making this film was still not the safest thing to. Not surprisingly it wasn't aired for almost a decade. But since then, it became a cult film by any means. Lines like "Well, comrade Pelikan, life is not all beer and skittles.." are known and quoted by everyone.

5-0 out of 5 stars Don't call it a lemon, comrade. It's a Hungarian orange.
I rank this with "Dr. Strangelove" as one of the funniest political satires I have ever seen. I saw it about 18 years ago at the Mill Valley Film Festival in Marin County, California. I am not Hungarian and have never lived under communism, yet I laughed out of recognition at Peter Bocso's critique of a system so involved with policing itself against imaginary reactionaries that it stops taking care of practical business. The hero is an everyman in charge of flood control at a dam. He is taken to the capital to be a witness in a show trial. Meanwhile, who is minding the dam? While he waits for the court to call on him, the star witness is given a series of do-nothing jobs for which he would not be qualified even if they weren't bogus. The funniest involves supervising the development of the first Hungarian orange (Magyar narancs) which actually turns out to be a lemon. Is it politically incorrect to call a lemon "a lemon"?

5-0 out of 5 stars The ultimate cult movie
This film can probably be called THE Hungarian cult movie.
It is a very sad comedy, but with a lot of hilariously funny and original ideas. Made in 1969, a time of political liberalization, it was banned before its first screening and could not be shown in Hungary till 1978. Although the plot takes place in the Rákosi era (1949-1956), the darkest years in Hungarian communism, its anarchical criticism of the communist regime also had impact on the time it was made in.

5-0 out of 5 stars Dr. Strangelove revisited
Peter Bacso's "The Witness" is a great satire, probably the best one on communist regimes. Its humor is quite similar to Kubrick's Dr. Strangelove. This film openly ridicules the communist regime. No wonder it was banned immediatelly after post-production was completed.
The only handicap of this film is that it was not made in America, thus, hardly anyone knows about it over here. This shouldn't discourage people from buying this witty comedy. Very highly recommended. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Pure slock
This movie is pure corn in that it takes every opportunity to include every bad joke about women's ta-tas. But on a late evening after a hard day, it's enough. Yep, sometimes we need to view cheesy bad movie to appreciate the times that we can view high quality films. This movies does a great job. Big breasted women exploited for all they are worth with low budget laughs. Satisfied my craving for pure slock.

5-0 out of 5 stars This is the Joe Bob Briggs Presents Version!
This is the second DVD version of "The Double-D Avenger," from Elite Entertainment, which features Joe Bob Brigg's hilarious audio commentary, along with other new bonus features, including a "Making of" documentary, new images, trailers, and more.

The special "Making of" documentary is a total GAS, with stars like Kitten Natividad fouling up their lines, making complete arses out of themselves! Director William Winckler is also seen doing stuntwork, dressed in Kitten Natividad's superhero costume! It's a complete riot!

The movie is very, very campy, and famous drive-in movie critic Joe Bob Briggs makes it even campier!!! A fun movie guarenteed to give audiences big laughs. . . . something everyone needs right now! It's as close to "Mystery Science Theater" as you can get nowdays!

Probably the last time audiences will see their favorite Russ Meyer movie stars, all together, starring as leads in a film! A special treat for B-movie buffs!

A-plus, hilarious, crazy entertainment!! It's real low-budget, B-movie fun! As Joe Bob Briggs says, "check it out!"

3-0 out of 5 stars Double D Fun
The Double D Avenger is a uniquely entertaining DVD starring former stars of Russ Meyers films. Kitten Natividad has always been my fav, and even though she's on the plus side of 50, Ms. Natividad still delivers the goods. This movie is for the kind of men (and women) who like good-humored fun, like the original "Batman" TV series. The girls are buxom and there's lots of double entendres and politically incorrect humor (like an early John Waters movie without the X-Rated stuff). The "Crockazilla Plant" scene is as funny as anything I've ever seen in a movie, and the character of "Orbs, Leader of the Ta Tas" should have her own film. Just lots of fun and a real guilty pleasure. Plus...Forrest J. Ackerman has a cameo!

5-0 out of 5 stars A Great Cult Film !!!
I love cult films and this one is great ! The Double-D Avenger is the Russ Meyer filmstar reunion movie.

Like a lot of Russ Meyer fans, I preferred Meyers' early work- the black and white 60's films like 'Faster Pussycat Kill Kill'. I feel that the ones he made in the 70s became lousy, disjointed sleaze.

The Double-D Avenger has all the positive Russ Meyer movie elements, plus it's full of other cult movie elements, including good ol' Uncle Forry - Forrest J Ackerman. A++++

5-0 out of 5 stars Benny Hill Fans Rejoice !
This B-movie is an absolute riot ! Very few flicks today can come close to the clever cheekiness of Benny Hill's comedy. This one definitely does ! The risque slapstick, saucy humour, visual gags, and innuendo are reminiscent of Benny Hill. And just like Benny Hill, this movie does not resort to offensive gratuitous nudity. Bravo to this film's creators ! ... Read more

Description

A hilarious parody about a young man coming to terms with his heterosexuality in a seemingly gay world…

After graduating from high school, best friends David and Eric leave their small town in Kansas and head for the big city of Louisville, Kentucky. The two move in with David's aunt where they spend their days landscaping Aunt Collette's yard and their evenings acting in an all-male community theatre production of "The Importance of Singing Earnest".

David begins struggling to accept that all his new friends are gay; his strife is further complicated when Eric comes out of the closed by admitting his crush on the costume designer, Brenton.Suddenly, David is caught in a circle where heterosexuality is not the norm and is further confused by complications he experiences with the show’s stage manager and his female love interest, Lauren.Coupled with a freakish homoerotic nightmare, David decides that he too must be gay.A whirl-about movie of non-stop fun where David tries to learn that it’s okay to be "straight." ... 4-0 out of 5 stars What would you do to fit in?
Excellent indie film reversing the idea of a gay guy trying to fit in with his majority straight community. When you think theatre community, what comes to mind? After cravats? There you go. This film follows a straight burgening actor as he struggles to fit in with his majority homosexual theatre community.

I'm not going to go into more detail - just watch it. But to pick out favourites, the score and sound track are great, and the 'Ernest' insert adds a hilarious sureality.

In all, have to say you need to get this film. Now. Go on. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Kind of like Mystery Science, but not
I dig MST 3000, but this movie takes the concept on a different spin.Took me about 10 minutes to catch on, but as soon as I did, it was a fun flick.I would have given 5 stars for being completely strange and making me laugh, but knocked one off because I thought the story line became hard to follow towards the end.

1-0 out of 5 stars If I could give this film 0 stars, I would.
Lame. What a horrible waste of time. I kept waiting for it to get interesting. With a film of this type, it could be really funny and clever, but it falls flat. Too much nothing. Too much stupid. Really. I love "Kids in the Hall" humor, I totally love South Park, and Monty Python is engrained in the lifestyle where I live. This film, however, is painful. It could have been good, but it totally missed the mark. Ouch.

5-0 out of 5 stars Made me laugh days later
I was amazed at how well the format worked and would love to see more films of this kind. As others have noted, it's good movie to watch with friends and recite the hilarious dialog at opportune moments. Loved the monkey references and the hidden creatures included in certain frames.

5-0 out of 5 stars Where's My Ice Cream!
Hilarious! The other guys in my dorm can't stop repeating the dialogue from this movie!Exceptional concept, I've never seen anything like it! Instead of sampling music, these guys created a new genre of film - movie sampling. And they pulled it off by potentially offending everyone on the planet. This movie is fun, warped, absurd...and has one of the best written love stories I've seen....really. Sounds Hot!

5-0 out of 5 stars Surprising
I bought this because a friend told me it was very funny and Im glad I did. The scenes with the vampire are crazy and I really laughed at the hunting scene at the end. I hope they make more of these. Can anyone make movies like this? ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars The Ultimate Yoga Aphrodisiac,
After trying all three Better Sex Through Yoga DVDs, I must say these workouts will not only improve your physical form, they actually work on a much deeper level to provide enhanced sensation and awareness, not to mention an increase in sexual energy and desire. After working out with the BSTY #1, three times and the BSTY #2 twice, I moved onto the third BSTY workout.

The second time I tried this workout I noticed all sorts of new sensations in my body and soon after this workout I discovered that "yes" these exercises do work and there is something magical about the entire BSTY series.

For starters, this workout will heat up your whole body as you move to sexy music and also try a few sexy hip movements and rather challenging balancing poses. Not only does this workout promote confidence, the exercises target hard to reach inner-core pelvic muscles. I loved the deep forward bends and the especially sexy mini-dance segments.

While you will find many familiar yoga poses in this workout, the way in which they flow together is quite beautiful and inspiring. Jacquie really adds creative flair to many of the poses. The Sun Salutation series teaches you to breathe and flow from pose to pose. I found that the plank to lower plank and back up to upward facing dog and then downward facing dog really helped to strengthen my upper body. The entire Sun Salutation section makes you feel invigorated and quite alive.

It is helpful to watch the instruction section in order to see the special instructions for the poses as they flow quite quickly during the workout. I highly recommend BSTY #1 and #2 before you attempt this workout. When they say "advanced" they mean it.

Jacquie Noelle is a true inspiration and when you see how fit and flexible she is, you will understand why you will want to keep doing these workouts and attain her level of fitness. Jacquie has a cute, sexy instruction style and gives these workouts pure personality appeal. Well, it looks like she finally does workout in a tiny outfit. Actually, the less you wear, the more you will enjoy this workout. You really do get quite the workout.

The bare wood floor and sheer drapes covering the window are the basics of the set. Then, you have some plants and lots of candles. You sort of feel that you are in a dance studio and so there is a realistic feel to the entire workout and you feel like you are part of a yoga class.

Additional Benefits:

-Tightens the stomach in amazing ways
-Lifts the Butt in a sexy way
-Improved confidence and posture
-Smaller clothes! Shopping becomes much more fun and you feel so sexy in anything you buy. I dropped two sizes so far and am wildly happy about that aspect alone.
-Weight Loss by the pound. Between Yoga and Walking, you will see the pounds dropping faster.

Special Features: Introduction, Trailer, Out-takes and Bloopers, The Yoga Goddess Jacquie Noelle Bio.

Additional Instruction: Jacquie Introduction, Yoga Poses and Words of Wisdom.

An extended relaxation section makes this workout a satisfying experience.

"Better Sex Through Yoga 3" is an exciting workout designed to increase your body awareness all while seducing you into a new level of sexual fitness. There are a lot of yoga workouts out there, but nothing will make you feel as sexy as the "Better Sex Through Yoga" series.

Description

Of all the beautiful movie stars of postwar Italy, none was more appreciated than the glorious and glamorous Gina Lollobrigida. Her marvelous eyes, her amazing figure, and her fine acting abilities made her an international star with the notoriety of an Italian volcano.

"Wife for a Night" is one of those saucy delights from director Mario Camerini that actually became the plot line for Billy Wilder's 1964 film, "Kiss Me, Stupid!" Armando Franciolo stars as an impoverished 18th-Century musican who schemes to attract the patronage of a wealthy count, played by Gino Cervi.

Expecting the count on a visit, our hero bundles his real wife, played by Gina Lollobrigida, out of town and hires a local courtesan to pose for her allowing the count to engage in some tongue-in-cheek maritial highjinksin return for financial support.

New York Times critic Bosley Crowther described Miss Lollobrigida as: " . . .a superb comedienne…a model of dexterity and physical allure." ... Read more
